Detection of human WASP by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate (5, 15 and 50 µg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 1/4 of IP reaction loaded) from Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-WASP antibody BL2485 (Cat. No. A300-581A) used for WB at 0.4 µg/ml (A) and 1 µg/ml (B) and used in IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. WASP was also immunoprecipitated using rabbit anti-WASP antibodies BL2483 (Cat. No. A300-580A) and BL2484. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds (A) and 10 seconds (B).
