Detection of human MST3(STK24) by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (5, 15 and 50 µg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 1/4 IP loaded) and HEK293T (T, 50 µg for WB) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MST3(STK24) antibody BL2700 (Cat. No. A300-564A) used at 1 µg/ml (B) or 0.04 µg/ml (A) for WB and used at 3 µg/mg lysate for IP (B). MST3(STK24) was also immunoprecipitated using rabbit anti-MST3(STK24) antibody BL2701, which is to a downstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds.
