Detection of human and mouse RecQ1 by western blot and human ReqQ1 by immunoprecipitation. Samples: A) Whole cell lysate (5, 15 and 50 µg) from human (HeLa) and mouse (NIH 3T3) cells. B) Whole cell lysate (1 mg) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RecQ1 antibody BL2071 (Cat. No. A300-447A) used at 0.1 µg/ml (A) and 1 µg/ml (B) for WB and at 3 µg/mg lysate for IP (B). RecQ1 was successfully immunoprecipitated using rabbit anti-RecQ1 antibody BL2074 (Cat. No. A300-450A) at 3 µg/mg lysate. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of two seconds (A and B).
