Rabbit anti-NCOA2/SRC2 Antibody, Affinity Purified
Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to NCOA2/SRC2 immobilized on solid support. The epitope recognized by A300-345A maps to a region between residues 700 and 750 of human Nuclear Receptor Coactivator 2 using the numbering given in entry NP_006531.1 (GeneID 10499). Immunoglobulin concentration was determined by extinction coefficient: absorbance at 280 nm of 1.4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG.

Detection of human NCOA2/ SRC2 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa(15 and 50 µg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded), HEK293T (T; 50 µg) and Jurkat (J; 50 µg) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NCOA2/SRC2 antibody A300-345A (lot A300-345A-2) used for WB at 0.1 µg/ml (A) and 1 µg/ml (B) and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. SRC2 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot (A300-345A-1) and by rabbit anti-NCOA1/SRC2 antibody A300-346A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 minutes (A) and 10 seconds (B).
