Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to SMARCA3 immobilized on solid support. The epitope recognized by A300-230A maps to a region between residues 600 and 700 of human SWI/SNF related, matrix associated, actin dependent regulator of chromatin, subfamily a, member 3 using the number given in entry NP_003062.2 (GeneID 6596). Immunoglobulin concentration was determined by extinction coefficient: absorbance at 280 nm of 1.4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG.

Detection of human SMARCA3 by western bl

Detection of human SMARCA3 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (5, 15 and 50 µg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) and HEK293T (T; 50 µg) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SMARCA3 antibody A300-230A (lot A300-230A-2) used for WB at 0.04 µg/ml (A) and 0.4 µg/ml (B) and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. SMARCA3 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot (lot A300-230A-1) of this antibody. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 minutes (A) and 10 seconds (B).

Detection of mouse SMARCA3 by western bl

Detection of mouse SMARCA3 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from NIH 3T3, TCMK-1, 4T1, and CT26.WT cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SMARCA3 antibody A300-230A (lot A300-230A-2) used for WB at 0.5 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
