Detection of human MCM10 by western blot
Detection of human MCM10 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HeLa, HEK293T, and Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MCM10 antibody A300-131A (lot A300-131A-1) used for WB at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
Detection of human MCM10 by western blot
Detection of human MCM10 by western blot following immunoprecipitation. Sample: HeLa cell lysate (1 mg for IP). Similar results were obtained with HCT 116 cells (not shown). Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MCM10 A300-131A used at 1 µg/mg lysate for IP and 0.5 µg/ml for WB. Detection: Chemiluminescence.
