Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to CSN7b immobilized on solid support. The epitope recognized by A300-044A maps to a region between residue 225 and the C-terminus (residue 264) of human constitutive photomorphogenic homolog subunit 7B using the numbering given in TrEMBL entry Q9H9Q2 (GeneID 64708). Immunoglobulin concentration was determined by extinction coefficient: absorbance at 280 nm of 1.4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG.

Detection of human CSN7b by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HeLa and HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CSN7b antibody A300-044A (lot A300-044A-1) used for WB at 0.1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
Detection of human CSN7b by western blot. Samples: RIPA lysate (50 µg for E; 25 µg for T) from HEKHEK293T cells that were mock transfected (E) or transfected with a CSN7b construct (T). Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CSN7B antibody A300-044A used at the indicated concentration. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
