HEK293T cells were transfected with the — HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY SQSTM1 (RC203214, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-SQSTM1 (1:500).

Western blot of human tissue lysates (15 — Western blot of human tissue lysates (15ug) from 10 different tissues (1: Testis, 2: Omentum, 3: Uterus, 4: Breast, 5: Brain, 6: Liver, 7: Ovary, 8: Thyroid 9: Colon, 10: Spleen). Diluation: 1:500.

Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (10 u — Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (10 ug per lane) of wild-type 293T cells (WT, Cat# LC810293T) and SQSTM1-Knockout 293T cells (KO, Cat# LC810279) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-SQSTM1 monoclonal antibody UM500012, (1:500). Then the blotted membrane was stripped and reprobed with anti-b-actin antibody (TA811000) as a loading control.

HEK293T cells transfected with either RC — HEK293T cells transfected with either RC203214 overexpress plasmid (Red), compared to an IgG isotype control, (Green) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained by anti-SQSTM1 antibody (UM500012), and then analyzed by flow cytometry (1:100).
