This product is prepared by labeling highly cross-adsorbed goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) with CF®,405M dye. CF®, dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Blue fluorescent CF®,405M dye has excitation/emission at 408/452 nm. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF®,350, CF®,405S, and CF®,405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets, because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors. To minimize crossreactivity, the antibody has been adsorbed against bovine, chicken, goat, guinea pig, hamster, horse, human, rabbit, rat and sheep serum.
