Phalloidin conjugates are actin filament stains for fixed and permeabilized cells. CF dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Orange-red fluorescent CF555 dye has excitation/emission at 555/565 nm.

HeLa cells stained with mouse-anti-tubulin detected using CF405S goat anti-mouse IgG (blue) and rabbit-anti-COXIV (mitochondrial marker) detected using CF488A donkey anti-rabbit IgG (green). Actin filaments are stained with CF555 phalloidin conjugate (red).
