Detection of human HS1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-HS1 antibody A303-573A used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. HS1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-HS1 antibody A303-574A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated HS1, A303-574A was used at 0.4 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
