Detection of human CBF-beta by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CBF-beta antibody A303-547A used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. Isoform 1 and isoform 2 of CBF-beta were also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CBF-beta antibody BL12616, which recognizes an epitope that is common to both isoform 1 and isoform 2. Isoform 1 of CBF-beta was immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CBF-beta (isoform 1) antibody A303-549A, and isoform 2 of CBF-beta was immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CBF-beta (isoform 2) antibody A303-548A. For blotting immunoprecipitated CBF-beta, A303-549A and A300-548A were used at 1 µg/ml in A and B, respectively. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds (A and B).
