Detection of human Pur-beta by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Pur-beta antibody A303-649A used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. Pur-beta was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Pur-beta antibody A303-650A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated Pur-beta, A303-650A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
