Detection of human DPF2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg for Input lane; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-DPF2 antibody A303-596A used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. DPF2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-DPF2 antibody A303-595A, which recognizes an upstream epitope. For blotting DPF2, A303-595A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
