Detection of human GMEB2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-GMEB2 antibody A303-677A used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. GMEB2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-GMEB2 antibody A303-678A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated GMEB2, A303-678A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
