Product Description:

Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to Menin immobilized on solid support. The epitope recognized by A300-106B maps to a region between residue 575 and the C-terminus (residue 615) of human Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia 1 using the numbering given in entry NP_000235.2 (GeneID 4221). Immunoglobulin concentration was determined by extinction coefficient: absorbance at 280 nm of 1.4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG.

Detection of human Menin by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HEK HEK293T (50, 15, and 5 µg). Antibody: Affinity purified, biotin-conjugated, goat anti-Menin antibody A300-106B (Lot A300-106B-3) used at 1.0 µg/ml. Detection: Streptavidin-HRP and chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
