This product is prepared by labeling highly cross-adsorbed goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) with CF®555 dye. CF® dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Orange-red fluorescent CF®555 dye has excitation/emission at 555/565 nm. To minimize cross-reactivity, the antibody has been adsorbed against human, mouse, and rat serum.

Storage Temperature:

HeLa cells stained with mouse anti-Golgin 97 and CF488A goat anti-mouse (Golgi, green), rabbit anti-COX IV and CF555 goat anti-rabbit (mitochondria, red). Actin filaments are stained with CF640R phalloidin (yellow) and nuclei are stained with DAPI (blue).
