Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded hum — Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human testis tissue reacted with HBO1/MYST2 antibody (Center) (Cat.#TA302129), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue). HBO1/MYST2 immunoreactivity is localized to nucleus significantly.
