Product Description:
A c-Myc-Max protein-protein interaction inhibitor (IC50 = 40 µM); inhibits Max dimerization (IC50 = 88 µM); selectively reduces the viability of c-Myc-expressing TGR-1 fibroblasts over c-Myc null HO15.19 fibroblasts (IC50s = 0.25 and 9 µM, respectively); decreases tumor weight in PANC-1 and MIA PaCa-2 pancreatic cancer mouse xenograft models at 100 mg/kg per day; reduces tumor volume and improves survival in combination with docetaxel or abiraterone in a LNCaP prostate cancer mouse xenograft model at 5 mg/kg every three days
