A COX inhibitor (IC50s = 15.3 and 20.4 nM for the recombinant human COX-1 and COX-2, respectively) and the active metabolite of nepafenac; reduces the migration of 92.1 uveal melanoma cells at 150 nM, as well as proliferation of the same cells when used in combination with ranibizumab
