Plasma Membrane Tracers

Cambridge Bioscience provides a line of lentivector-based constructs and pre-packaged viral particles for labelling organelles with GFP-fusion proteins. Cellular structures can be visualised in vivo and in vitro in real-time by fluorescence using these probes. These vectors can be used directly in transfection or packaged into lentiviral particles for the generation of stable GFP tracer cell lines.
