Long-read PCR Amplicon kit: LoopSeq

The LoopSeq™ PCR Amplicon kit permits accurate full-length sequencing of any 1-3 kb PCR product on Illumina® sequencers, without the need for extra hardware. Using a set of enzymes to propagate a barcode intra-molecularly through any piece of DNA or RNA, the LoopSeq kits use a simple, single tube workflow to eliminate PCR and GC bias as molecules are labelled in the first step and only sequenced/reported once. This general purpose long-range PCR sequencing kit is suitable for a wide range of applications including human leukocyte antigen (HLA) testing, pre-natal screening, oncology, mutagenesis detection, CRISPR, phage and synthetic biology.

Benefits of using the LoopSeq Long-read PCR Amplicon kit
• Sequence individual long amplicons
• Sequence pools of long amplicons
• Highly accurate abundance measurements
• Fast multiplexed workflow
