In-situ proximity ligation: NaveniFlex

The Naveni in situ proximity ligation technology enables visualisation of protein-protein interactions, post-translational modifications or extremely low abundant proteins in cultured cells, fresh-frozen and FFPE samples. The technology uses two primary antibodies to achieve clear target detection, increased specificity and excellent consistency in staining.

Frequently asked questions

The NaveniFlex kits contain secondary detection reagents, called Navenibodies, which are carefully selected antibodies conjugated to proprietary oligo arms. Navenibodies an be used with one or two primary IgG antibodies, raised in mouse, rabbit or goat. Three fluorophore alternatives are included, allowing you to chose the most suiable fluorophore for your application.
If you have access to two primary antibodies, generated in rabbit, mouse or goat respectively, then the NaveniFlex assay is available in a variety of formats for your corresponding primary antibody pair.
