Highly Stable Luciferase Reagents

Cambridge Bioscience offers a novel, highly stable Luciferase utilising  a genetically modified variant (rLucHS) derived from the Luciferase of Diaphanes pectinealis (Chinese Firefly). StayBrite™ Luciferase can be stored at 37°C for >1 hour or at room temperature for several weeks whilst being significantly more active than Photinus luciferase as well as giving superior sensitivity across a broader physiologically relevant pH range. 

We also offer StayBrite™ Highly Stable Luciferase/Luciferin Reagent. Comprising of the StayBrite™ Reconstitution Buffer and rLucHS Reagent Mix, the kit enables a linear detection range for ATP values as low as 10 fmol/assay (1 nM).
