Fast Probe Master Mix

The Fast Probe Master Mix enables rapid, real-time PCR using an oligo-based probe e.g. TaqMan™ probe, a MGB probe or an AllGlo™ probe. Including the superior hotstart enzyme Cheetah™ Taq, a chemically modified hotstart Taq which can be fully activated in two minutes, the mastermix also contains buffer, dNTPs and MgCl2. The Fast Probe Master Mix is compatible with Fluidigm® microfluidic PCR systems. Formats with and without ROX are available.
