Stem Cell MicroRNA qPCR Array
Supplied in a convenient 96-well plate format, segmented into 4 separate stem cell pathways, this array contains 95 primers specific for miRNAs with published implications in stem cell self-renewal, hematopoiesis, neuronal development and differentiated tissue identification and also includes U6 as a normalisation signal.

QuantiMir™ Kits
The stem cell microRNA qPCR array can be used in conjunction with the QuantiMir™ RT kit to create a small RNA quantification system. This system rapidly tags and converts all small RNAs into detectable uniform cDNA for qPCR using a simple and robust procedure. This technology can convert enough RNA to cDNA for up to 5,000 qPCR measurements making it ideal for validating newly discovered microRNAs and detect and quantitating siRNAs in knock-down experiments.
