Swift Adaptase technology
Swift’s Adaptase technology allows for minimal adapter dimers with no need for adapter titration. Adaptase is single strand compatible, and so maximises recovery of DNA from bisulfite-converted samples, or other damaged and fragmented DNA or RNA samples.
