NGS library preparation kits for limited samples

The Accel-NGS 1S DNA library kits from Swift Biosciences allow next-generation sequencing (NGS) library construction from samples with limiting amounts of DNA including damaged, denatured and single stranded DNA. Featuring Swift's Adaptase® technology, these kits allow you to capture previously unattainable sequences using your platform of choice, while preserving input fragmentation patterns for the precise mapping of DNA insert ends.

Swift Adaptase technology
Swift’s Adaptase technology allows for minimal adapter dimers with no need for adapter titration. Adaptase is single strand compatible, and so maximises recovery of DNA from bisulfite-converted samples, or other damaged and fragmented DNA or RNA samples.
