These pure populations of neurons from Nexel are derived from human induced pluripotent stem cells. The populations are composed mainly of glutamatergic neurons, the major excitatory neurons in the brain. These novel Neurosight-S® neurons provide a more accurate, scalable and reproducible alternative to rodent primary cell cultures and animal models.
