Colorectal cancer antibodies: Atlas Antibodies

These highly validated colorectal antibodies from the Atlas Antibodies Triple A Polyclonal and PrecisA Monoclonal ranges have been identified as part of the Human Protein Atlas project and are supplied with abundant validation images. The antibodies are tested in normal gastrointestinal tract samples from three different individuals and colorectal tumour samples from up to 12 patients in duplicates.

IHC staining of human colorectal cancer using monoclonal antibody Anti-SNAI1 (AMAb91215) shows moderate to strong nuclear positivity in tumour cells.

IHC staining of human small intestine using polyclonal antibody Anti-KRT20 (HPA024684) shows high expression.
