Scaffold for 3D cell migration and invasion assays - GradientEZ™

As an inert, transparent, and hydrophilic glass fibre scaffold disc, GradientEZ™ can be used for qualitative cell migration and invasion assays and for generating gradients using adherent or suspension cells. Allowing cells to migrate in three dimensions by applying 3D substrates, GradientEZ™ models physiologically relevant, gradient-dependent pathological conditions.
