High efficiency immune cell transfection - Viromer®

The innovative active endosome escape transfection technology, Viromer®, can be used for the effective transfection of immune cells. This lipid-free polymeric technology takes advantage of a viral fusion mechanism, maximising transfection efficacy in hard-to-transfect immune cells without affecting cell or lipid metabolism. Shown to successfully transfect primary monocytes, THP-1 cells, primary macrophages and RAW 264.7 macrophages, Viromer® is ideal for the gentle and safe transfection of immune cells. Please note Viromers® are not recommended for use in T-cells or NK-cells.
