CF™488A: Superior Specific Labelling

Cambridge Bioscience offers a green fluorescent dye that when bound to antibodies gives greater target specificity than those labelled with Cy™2 or Alexa Fluor® 488. CF™488A is less highly charged than Alexa Fluor® 488 therefore not distorting the protein isoelectric point and affinity, increasing the signal to noise ratio.CF™488A has similar brightness to Alexa Fluor® 488 whilst reducing spillover into the red channel.
