Mirus’ TransIT® reagents are unique lipid and polymer formulations that achieve superior delivery efficiency of pDNA and siRNA with minimal cytotoxic effects. The company’s Label IT® kits employ proprietary chemistry to covalently attach labelling molecules to DNA and RNA. This simple one-step process is faster and more robust than traditional multi-step enzymatic labelling, and can be used for intracellular tracking, chromosome analysis, and microarray labelling
TransIT-2020 is Mirus Bio’s New High Performance, animal free, broad spectrum DNA transfection reagent. It provides superior transfection of plasmid DNA into mammalian cells. TransIT-2020 is suitable for both transient and stable transfection and works well in typically hard-to-transfect cell lines. TransIT-2020 is comprised of animal-origin free components and is serum compatible, eliminating the need for any culture media change after transfection.
TransIT-2020 Transfection Reagent
A limited number of samples of TransIT-2020 Transfection Reagent are available for trial. Please contact support@bioscience.co.uk for further information. TransIT-LT1 from Mirus Bio is our most popular broad spectrum reagent, and has been shown to efficiently deliver DNA to a range of cell types. It is suitable for many applications such as gene expression, siRNA/shRNA expression, viral production, and promoter analysis.
The Ingenio(TM) Solution outperforms other electroporation reagents including serum-free media and other commercially available products. Ingenio is compatible with ALL electroporators.
The LabelIT miRNA Labeling Reagents are composed of a fluorophore (or biotin) attached to the positively charged Label IT linker and reactive alkylating group. The LabelIT Reagents covalently attach fluorophores (or biotin) to any reactive heteroatom in miRNAs without affecting downstream hybridization performance.
TransIT-TKO is a high efficiency, low toxicity, siRNA transfection reagent for mammalian cells. Broad Spectrum siRNA Delivery - Utilize one transfection reagent and protocol for a wide variety of cells.
Are you currently using a broad spectrum transfection reagent, but not acheiving optimum results? We have several transfection reagents which have been optimised for a specific cell type - why not buy a reagent where the hard work has been done for you. Here is a comment from one of our customers: "HeLa Monster transfection reagent gave me higher numbers of transfected cells, higher levels of protein expression, and lower toxicity than any of the other reagents that I was testing in parallel (FuGene 6, Lipofectamine 2000, Effectene, and TransIT LT1)", Dr Boname, Cambridge Institute for Medical Research Label Any DNA or RNA Template using LabelIT nucleic acid labelling reagents.. The LabelIT method is efficient, diretct, non-enzymatic labelling Suitable for a wide range of applications
