HemoGenix has developed a unique family of assays that can be used to measure cellular functionality and viability and accurately predict the proliferation potential of virtually any cell type.
Cells’ viability and proliferation potential are directly linked to their ability to produce chemical energy in the form of ATP. If little or no intracellular ATP (iATP) is produced then a cell will not be able to proliferate or differentiate. HemoGenix’ assays measure iATP levels using a highly sensitive bioluminescence method enabling rapid assessment of cells’ viability and functionality in a wide range of applications and cell types.
