Animal AND Human Free Stem Cell Media

Specifically formulated for the maintenance of human pluripotent stem cells (hPSC), Pluripro® media are designed to provide optimal performance, consistency and quality.  Pluripro® p300 and Pluripro® S3 are fully recombinant, animal and human free, so you can be sure of a cleaner transition to clinical applications.

1. Pluripro® p300
Pluripro® p300 is a fully recombinant and chemically defined media for feeder-free maintenance of human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs). The distinct mechanism of action of Pluripro® p300 is based on recent molecular insights into the way ß-Catenin / p300 interaction is regulated.

2. Pluripro® S3
The Pluripro® S3 formulation is based on a proprietary mix of physiological recombinant proteins. Pluripro® S3 is significantly cleaner and simpler than animal/human-derived formulations and provides excellent feeder-dependent growth characteristics.

Cells grow twice as quickly in Pluripro® S3 compared with the most widely used feeder-dependent media formulation

Due to higher growth rates, after four days of culture, the cell count is typically 2-3x that achieved with media made using the leading serum replacement product. Therefore, the amount of media needed to generate the required number of cells is markedly reduced.

Pluripro® S3 offers significantly reduced batch-batch variation compared with serum replacements containing animal/human-derived material
