Our portfolio contains a range of clones for the over-expression of the miRNA of your choice (over 600 human and 400 mouse miRNAs). Due to the design of the plasmids, upon transfection the cellular machinery will process the CMV-driven expression of the miRNA precursor into mature miRNA.
