ProteoScan Cancer Lysate Arrays
Cambridge Bioscience offers the ProteoScan Cancer Lysate Arrays from OriGene. These high-density reverse-phase protein arrays (RPPA, or RPA) are assembled from 432 pathologist verified cancer and normal tissue protein lysates. Used in combination with protein-specific antibodies, the ProteoScan arrays enable quantitative identification and validation of protein expression profiles and post-translation modifications associated with the 11 types of cancer represented. This array is ideal for antibody and reagent validation and optimisation.
