Product Description:
NGAL is a biomarker of kidney tubular damage in certain mammalian models but has yet to be established as an end-point in dog models of renal injury, nephrotoxicity, or other nephropathies. The NGAL (dog) ELISA Kit is a sandwich assay that can be used to measure NGAL in dog urine, plasma, serum, tissue extracts, or culture media samples. The assay exhibits intra-assay %CV values of <5% with sensitivity sufficient to detect levels of NGAL as low as 0.56 pg/ml.
