Detection of human Histone H3 by western
Detection of human Histone H3 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Histones (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) isolated from HEK293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Histone H3 antibody BL3588 (Cat. No. A300-822A) used for IP at 3 µg/mg histones. Histone H3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Histone H3 antibody BL3591 (Cat. No. A300-823A), which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated Histone H3, BL3591 was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 1 second.
