Host: Rabbit Product Description: Rabbit polyclonal anti-MAP-LC3 antibody (anti-microtubule associated protein 1 - light chain 3 antibody) is supplied as an epitope affinity purified rabbit IgG, 50 µg in 250µl of 1X PBS (pH7.4) with 0.05% sodium azide. Immunogen: Rabbit anti-MAP1-LC3 α / β (IN) polyclonal antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a 16 amino acid internal sequence of human, mouse, rat, chicken, frog, monkey, chimpanzee, bovine and dog MAP1-LC3. Species Reactivity: Species reactivity includes human, mouse, and rat, while others are not tested. The activity was validated by ELISA of the immunizing peptide. The specificity was validated by IHC and Western blot analysis in human and mouse tissues. Application Notes: The following concentration ranges are recommended starting points for this product.
