Tissue Scan Panels

Cambridge Bioscience provides a range of options for qPCR analysis of gene expression. TissueScan™ qPCR Arrays, from OriGene, are panels of normalized cDNA prepared from pathologist-verified human tissues. Stringent control is applied to tissue acquisition, cataloging and performance of these cDNAs in qPCR analysis.

OriGene uses its human cancer biorepository of over 140,000 human biospecimens representing >12,000 donor cases, to offer 50 TissueScan™ cDNA panels for comparative qPCR gene expression analysis. The TissueScan™ range includes Cancer specific panels, Cancer Survey panels offering a range of samples from different cancer types and normal tissue panels to act as a reference for comparison with disease specific panels
