Traditionally, circular plasmid vectors are used for library construction whichoften become supercoiled in the host cell, causing torsional stress and insert instability.
pJAZZ vectors are best choice for constructing large insert libraries from difficult-to-clone genomic DNAs, large cDNAs and long PCR products due to the following features:
