Dendritic Cells
Dendritic cells lie at the interface of the adaptive and innate immune response. Their established role is that of professional antigen presenting cells via the MHC II. However, the difference in activity of dendritic cell populations found across different tissue types and at different stages of maturity is becoming increasingly clear. This is reflected in their heterogenous morphology and expression profiles. Cambridge Bioscience offers an extensive range of antibodies and kits to detect and characterise the different developmental stages and subtypes of dendritic cells and the associated ancillary cells.
