Adeno Associated Viral Delivery
Adeno-associated virus (AAV) provides a safer, more predictable and less immunogenic method for gene delivery than traditional viral methods.
Cambridge Bioscience offers a number of research tools to aid helper-free adeno associated viral expression, packaging, transduction, purification and quantification. AAV Helper Free technology is available in a variety of complete expression systems, packaging systems, and expression vectors for AAV serotypes 1 through 6 and the unique AAV-DJ and AAV-DJ/8.
1. AAV Helper Free Expression Systems
The AAV helper free expression systems are complete packages containing packaging plasmids, expression vectors and GFP control vectors.

2. AAV Helper Free Packaging Systems
The AAV helper free packaging systems contain two packaging vectors individually (not premixed) plus a GFP control vector. These systems are ideal for those who have an AAV vector containing a gene of interest.
