| Evrogen have launched a new range of fluorescent
proteins for subcellular localisation studies.
In addition to ready-to-use subcellular localization vectors,
vectors comprising fluorescent protein coding sequence linked
with multiple cloning sites allow easy targeting of the reporter
in the specific cellular compartment. The targeting signal can
be fused to C- or N- end of the fluorescent protein.

The Platinum Retroviral Packaging Cell Lines are
based on the 293T cell line. They exhibit longer stability and
produce higher yields of retroviral structure proteins.
- Higher viral yields: average titer 10^7 infectious units/mL
with transient transfection
- Longer stability: up to 4 months in the presence of drug selection
- Three versions: ecotrophic (Plat-E), amphotrophic (Plat-A),
and pantrophic (Plat-GP)

Measure triglyceride concentration in variety
of samples with this new kit from BioVision
In the assay, triglycerides are converted to free fatty acids
and glycerol. Then the glycerol is oxidized to a product which
reacts with a probe to form a product that is easily quantified
by either colorimetric or fluorometric methods. The assay can
detect 0.1-10nmol (or 2~10000mM range) of glycerol in various
samples.
K622-100 Triglyceride
quantification kit (100 assays) £281 |
