OriGene TrueORF

OriGene’s TrueORF product line, consisting of 25 000 human and 12 000 mouse ORF Clones express the encoded transcript as a tagged protein with either a Myc-DKK or GFP tag, for ease of detection. Please click here for the TrueORF Application Guide.

TrueORF inserts are housed in a pCMV6-Entry vector and can be easily shuttled by a simple 'cut-and-paste' mechanism into any of the OriGene Precision Shuttle Destination Vectors offering a range of additional tags via 60 different Destination vectors. These tags include:

HIS, Myc, HA, DDK (Flag), Myc-DKK, Myc-HIS, HA-HIS, DDK-HIS and a range of fluorescent tags including; GFP, RFP, YFP and mKATE.

Heavy isotope labeled full-length human protein SRM/MRM Mass Spec Standards

In a "first of its kind" launch OriGene now offers the service to generate Mass Spectrometry (MS) standards for 5,000 human proteins. Produced in human HEK293T cells and labeled with [U- 13C6, 15N4]-L-Arginine and [U- 13C6, 15N2]-L-Lysine, the full length proteins with appropriate post-translational modifications are the best identification and quantification standards.

Heavy isotope labeled human proteins are ideal internal standards for SRM/MRM (single reaction monitoring, multiple reaction monitoring) mass spectrometry analyses for high throughput proteomics and clinical biomarker research.

GFC Transfection Arrays
