Heavy isotope labeled full-length human protein SRM/MRM Mass Spec Standards

ZR Genomic DNA Tissue Miniprep

The ZR Genomic DNA Tissue Miniprep kit, for the rapid isolation of total DNA from a variety of solid tissues, has been optimized for maximal recovery of ultra-pure DNA without RNA contamination, and is compatible with solid tissues, buffy coat, bone marrow, cells from culture, whole blood (fresh or stored), serum, plasma, and many biological liquid samples.

For processing, simply digest the sample with the supplied Proteinase K then add the Genomic Lysis Buffervortex, and transfer the mixture to the supplied Zymo-Spin Column

Purified DNA is suitable for downstream applications including: PCR, Southern blotting, DNA sequencing, endonuclease digestion, bisulfite conversion/methylation analysis, etc.

 

EZ DNA Methylation Direct Kit

The EZ DNA Methylation-Direct Kit features simple and reliable DNA bisulfite conversion directly from blood, tissue, and cells without the prerequisite for DNA purification.
