SC-hCM Service

Stem Cell-Derived Human Cardiomyocyte APD Testing Service

We are pleased to offer the new stem cell-derived human cardiomyocyte (SC-hCM) action potential duration (APD) testing service from our partner ChanTest. This assay detects the effects of potential therapeutic compounds (drugs) directly on human ventricular-type myocytes detecting cardiac risk (QT risk) in an animal-free assay.  This assay will provide a much more accurate indication of cardiac risk at a much earlier stage during drug discovery and development.
