Cambridge Bioscience offers the Taq98™ hot start 2X master mix from Lucigen for the amplication of the toughest DNA templates and the reduction of non-speci fic ampli fication. Taq98™ hot start is provided in a 2X master mix format that withstands 98°C denaturation. The master mix contains buffer components, enzyme, Mg++ and dNTP’s are all present in optimized concentrations to successfully amplify difficult to amplify templates.
