Total Histone Extraction Kits
Cambridge Bioscience offers the EpiQuik™ Total Histone Extraction Kit from Epigentek for the simple and selective extraction of histone proteins from mammalian cell and tissue samples. This kit has the fastest procedure available on the current market, which can be finished within 60 minutes and uses proprietary histone isolation buffers. This kit produces a total histone protein yield of approximately 0.4mg per 107 cells or 100 mg of tissue (yield may vary depending on cell or tissue type) which can be stored under appropriate conditions or immediately used and the extracts produced are ideal for use in histone modification studies.
